On-Site Fitness Classes

One of the most critical aspects of living a healthier lifestyle is to consistently engage in physical fitness several times per week. We all know this, yet most of us struggle to build time into our daily lives for physical activity, or we just don't enjoy working out. 

TurnLeaf Training answers both of those arguments with our on-site group fitness classes. We will come to your work place two or three times per week and conduct a bootcamp workout for all of your interested employees at a mutually agreed upon time, typically immediately before or after work hours. These bootcamp workouts are suitable for virtually any fitness level.   Every participating employee will receive an initial fitness assessment to establish any health concerns that need to be taken into consideration, and provide a baseline to set goals from.  Monthly assessments will be performed to gauge progress and establish new goals.

Nutritional guidance and information will also be provided, including healthy lifestyle and weight management articles, habit-changing tips, and other educational resources to complement the strides being made from the group workouts. Your TurnLeaf Training representative will also be available via e-mail to answer any questions you have as they relate to physical fitness, or nutrition and diet.
