Our eating habits are the single most critical element to our health. Both education and will power play significant roles in our decisions about what we eat, how we combine our foods, and how much and how often we eat in a given day. Without significant education and guidance, it's quite easy to form unhealthy eating habits, including eating too much, eating foods with poor nutritional value, drinking too many calories, and/or eating with the incorrect frequency. 

Given that you have to burn 3,500 calories more than you consume to lose one pound of fat, it's a lot easier to gain weight than it is to trim down. So, it's critical that we have a nutrition plan that will outlast fads and cravings, yet still lets you enjoy the food you love on occasion.

TurnLeaf Training's Nutrition Program includes monthly in-services to discuss implementing healthy eating habits into any kind of lifestyle, from your employees on a tight budget to those who are always on the go and rarely eat at home. We will also provide weekly updates, reminders, and tips to keep your employees on track with their healthy eating goals. 

Our staff is available via e-mail to answer any nutrition-related questions your employees may have. Moreover, we will create a program to make your work place a healthier environment for your employees, including assessment and changes to your vending machine food choices, a nutrition bulletin board, and several other logistical alterations to promote healthier eating within your organization.
