Health Coaching
Most people have at least some idea of what we can do to live a healthier lifestyle, yet we struggle to consistently make good choices. These small, seemingly harmless daily choices have a tremendous long-term impact on our health. As your health coach, we will learn about your individual situation to see what changes you can make to live healthier, one choice at a time. Our health coaching approach consists of providing knowledge and education on how you can make some easy (and some not-so-easy) changes to your current routine to begin achieving your goals. We also hold you accountable to our mutually agreed upon goals, as accountability is often the reason people fail to reach or maintain their optimum weight or fitness level.
Our health coaches are available seven days a week with short notice, to provide you with guidance, knowledge, and encouragement to keep you on track for long-term success. We will create a health plan for you that addresses your current health issues, and in most cases, can be built into or around the important aspects of your current routine.
