Bartender Boot Camp
Are you a bartender, waitress, or other service industry pro whose "non-traditional" hours make it tough to find a workout or boot camp regimen that fits into your schedule? Maybe you hit the gym every now and then, but can't seem to motivate yourself to be consistent.
Well, TurnLeaf has something right up your alley - boot camps that meet when you're awake and not working! We know that working til midnight or 2am doesn't jive well with 6am boot camps or fitness classes at the gym, so we created a plan you can stick to. Here are the details:
Days & Times: Six workouts per week - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10:00am and 2:00pm
Your schedule's always changing, so you can come to any of the classes that work into your schedule. Feeling masochistic? Attend all six and see results even more quickly (though you may struggle to throw around the bottles behind the bar, carry that serving tray all night, or drag the drunk idiot to the curb).
Price: Only $150 per month - cheaper than therapy and much less than personal training or other boot camps that don't work with your schedule. At 3 workouts per week, that's $12.50 per class. Yes, you're worth it and we'll give you your money's worth!

What to Expect: Each workout's a bit different, so it will never be boring. You will be challenged with a combination of body weight exercises, dumb bell training, medicine ball work, resistance band training, and a bunch of other creative stuff to get your heart rate up and muscles pumped. Did you do a couple shots with your patrons the night before? Yeah, you'll smell those sweating out of your pores.
