Group Classes
Group fitness training classes, or "boot camps", are a great way to have fun while getting in shape. TurnLeaf Training has partnered with Boot Camp U Austin to offer comprehensive boot camps that include both fitness training and education and guidance about nutrition. Living a healthy lifestyle involves more than just working out 3 days per week, so our goal is to jump-start your fitness quest and give you the skills and support system to succeed when we aren't training together. Oh, and all at a price that's affordable to most!
Regardless of your fitness level, TurnLeaf Training and Boot Camp U Austin will challenge you with a combination of exercises to simultaneously give you a great cardio and strength workout. You will burn fat and build muscle in every boot camp session, allowing you to look and feel better in just one 12 session program. We create the perfect boot camp environment where you can expect to be both encouraged and challenged by your boot camp instructor as well as your workout partners. In short, you'll get in shape and have fun doing it!
